Vinod Tawde To Oversee Uttar Pradesh

National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Vinod Tawde has been appointed in-charge of Uttar Pradesh for the upcoming Assembly elections.

Uttar Pradesh remains one of the BJP's most important electoral battlegrounds. Jagdish Ishwarbhai Patel has been appointed co-in-charge of the state and will work alongside Tawde.

Satish Punia Gets Punjab Charge

National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Satish Punia has been appointed in-charge of Punjab for the Assembly elections.

Punia will be tasked with strengthening the BJP's organisational network and expanding its support base in the state.

Smriti Irani, Ram Madhav Among Key Appointments

The reshuffle also brings several prominent leaders into key national positions.

Former Union Minister Smriti Irani has been appointed National General Secretary, while former RSS leader Ram Madhav and former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia have been named National Vice Presidents.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal has been appointed National Treasurer. B L Santosh will continue as the BJP's General Secretary (Organisation).

Anil Balu will continue to oversee the party's media responsibilities, while Deepak Mhaske of Chhattisgarh has been given charge of social media.
