Zakir Khan seen in Mumbai hospital, sparks concern among fans

Popular stand-up comedian Zakir Khan has sparked concern among fans after appearing in hospital robes in a vlog shared by his brother Arbaaz Khan.
The video, filmed during the holy month of Ramzan, shows Zakir in a private room at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. In the clip, the comedian is seen wearing a pink hospital robe while spending time with friends and family.
At one point in the vlog, he is shown watching a cricket match between India and England on television.
The visuals, however, quickly raised concern among fans after the vlog began circulating online. Social media was soon flooded with messages from followers asking about the comedian’s health and wishing him a speedy recovery, with some questioning the reason for his hospitalisation.
Zakir’s appearance in hospital comes shortly after he announced that he would be stepping away from work and social media for some time due to health-related reasons.
Earlier this year, the comedian said he planned to take an extended break from performing to focus on his well-being and personal matters.
Although no detailed information about his medical condition has been shared publicly, the vlog has reassured some fans who were relieved to see him in good spirits.
