Yuzvendra Chahal, Dhanashree part ways? Legal formalities completed, suggest reports

Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer Dhanashree’s divorce rumours have been circulating for a long time. Now, sources suggest that the couple has legally separated.

According to reports, all legal formalities related to their divorce have been completed, and the final process was expected  to be concluded in court on Thursday, said the sources.

Chahal and Dhanashree were summoned to the Mumbai Family Court at 4 pm on Thursday. Both were to appear before the judge, after which they were expected to receive their legal separation certificates. As per media reports, the divorce has been finalised through mutual consent.

For the past few months, there had been tensions between the two over some issues, leading to speculation about their separation, which spread rapidly on social media.

Amid this rumours, Chahal shared a cryptic message on his Instagram story on Thursday:

“God has protected me more times than I can count. So, I can only imagine the times I was saved without even realizing it. Oh God, thank you for always being there, even when I didn’t know. Amen.”

Dhanashree also shared a cryptic post which said “From stressed to blessed” it further read that  “Isn’t amazing how God can turn our worries and trials to blessings? If you’re stressing about something today, know that you have a choice.”

The post highlighted the part which said, “You can either keep worrying or you can surrender it all to God and choose to pray about everything.There is power in having faith that God can work all things together for your good.”

The couple got engaged in August 2020 and tied the knot in December 2020. However, after four years of marriage, they have now decided to part ways.
