Sydney Sweeney offered ₹530 cr deal for bollywood debut: Reports

Hollywood star Sydney Sweeney, best known for her performance in The White Lotus, may soon be stepping into Bollywood. According to reports, the 28-year-old actor has been approached by a major production house with a deal reportedly valued at over ₹530 crore.

If confirmed, the agreement would make her one of the highest-paid actors in the Indian film industry. Reports suggest the package includes a base fee of about ₹415 crore along with additional sponsorship tie-ups worth approximately ₹115 crore. Producers are said to be banking on Sweeney’s international appeal to attract a global audience.

The upcoming film is reportedly expected to feature her as a young American star who develops a romantic connection with an Indian celebrity. The shoot is planned across multiple international locations, including New York, Paris, London, and Dubai, with production likely to begin in early 2026.

Industry insiders indicated that Sweeney has not yet made a final decision. They pointed out that while the financial offer is massive, she is also weighing the creative aspects since she already has other projects in the pipeline. Her representatives have so far declined to issue an official statement.
