Romance in the snow: Katy Perry, Trudeau’s photos capture attention

Pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau have sparked widespread speculation after sharing a cosy winter-themed photo collection that many fans describe as their most personal glimpse yet into their relationship.
The images, posted by Perry, show the pair dressed in coordinated black outfits against snow-covered mountain backdrops. The photographs, which quickly went viral, capture the couple skiing, enjoying quiet meals and posing for candid selfies, all framed by a striking winter setting.
Captioned, “Let love be the revolution,” the post appeared to confirm months of speculation that their relationship is both serious and increasingly public.
Rumours first emerged last July when the two were seen dining together in Montreal. Although neither commented at the time, subsequent public appearances suggested the connection was more than coincidental. By December, Perry shared further moments on Instagram, signalling a shift from private companionship to a more open acknowledgement.

The couple have since been spotted together at concerts and tour stops. During a recent visit to Tokyo, Perry accompanied Trudeau to a diplomatic lunch with former Japanese prime minister Fumio Kishida and his wife Yoko. Trudeau later referred to the meeting on social media, highlighting both personal warmth and diplomatic ties.
Trudeau was also seen attending Perry’s sold-out shows in Canada, further fuelling interest in their partnership.
Both figures have experienced significant personal changes in recent years. Trudeau announced his separation from Sophie Grégoire in 2023 after 18 years of marriage, while Perry ended her long-term relationship with actor Orlando Bloom in 2025.
As their shared moments continue to circulate online, public interest in the high-profile pairing shows little sign of fading.
