Reports have also claimed that the couple got engaged in a low-key ceremony at Vijay Deverakonda’s residence in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025, attended by close family members and friends.

Neither Rashmika nor Vijay has officially confirmed the engagement or wedding plans. However, speculation intensified earlier when Rashmika, during a promotional event for her Bollywood film Thamma, was asked about her engagement and reportedly responded by saying, “Everyone is aware about it.”
