Dhurandhar 2 teaser out: Ranveer Singh returns with Yeh naya Hindustan hai

Fans are eagerly awaiting the sequel to Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster ‘Dhurandhar’. The release of the teaser on Tuesday has created a buzz. Back as Hamza, Ranveer promises bigger action and higher intensity in the sequel. The film will be released in theatres on March 19.

Ranveer shared the teaser in an Instagram post. In the video, he is seen fighting India’s enemies in Pakistan. He delivers a powerful dialogue, saying, “Yeh naya Hindustan hai. Yeh ghar mein ghusega bhi aur maarega bhi.” The teaser also shows brief appearances of Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt.

Earlier in the day, Ranveer also revealed the first poster and title of the film. The poster shows him wearing a black trench coat, standing against a red background. His intense look hints at stronger action and a darker story compared to the first film.

‘Dhurandhar 2’ is directed by Aditya Dhar. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given the teaser an A (Adults only) certificate. The teaser is 1 minute and 48 seconds long, keeping the film’s action-thriller style intact.

At the box office, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ will face tough competition. It will clash with Yash’s ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ and ‘Adivi Sesh’ and Mrunal Thakur’s ‘Dacoit’, which are also releasing on the same day.
