Charlie Puth urges Kanye West to stop selling Nazi Hakenkreuz t-shirts, “I beg you”

American pop singer Charlie Puth urged rapper Kanye West to stop selling T-shirts that have Nazi Hakenkreuz printed on them.
Kanye’s website ‘Yeezy’, unusually displayed only one item for sale–a controversial t-shirt priced at $20 (Rs 1,700).
Kanye, who now goes by Ye, has made an unexpected move that has triggered widespread backlash. Puth addressed the controversy in an Instagram story, writing, “@ye The message you are sending to the world is incredibly dangerous. Please, man, I beg you to stop. You are selling a T-shirt featuring a Swastika, and MILLIONS of people are influenced by you. Please, I BEG you to stop, PLEASE (sic).”
Notably, Kanye West’s X account has been deactivated after making a series of anti-Semitic and misogynistic remarks over the past few days.
Before his account was locked, West expressed gratitude to X owner Elon Musk, thanking him for giving him the space to share his thoughts. “I’m logging out of Twitter (now X). I appreciate Elon for allowing me to vent. Using the world as a sounding board has been very cathartic,” he wrote in his final post.
Recently, West and his wife Bianca Censori caused a stir at the biggest musical event of the year last week. The fashion mogul and his wife showed up at the 2025 Grammys uninvited and created a global buzz after Kanye made his wife wear a near-to-nude dress.
