Bishnoi gang claims firing at Diljit manager’s farmhouse, police deny incident

Conflicting reports surfaced late on Tuesday night over an alleged firing incident outside the farmhouse of Gurpartap Singh Kang, manager of Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, in Gondar village of Haryana’s Karnal district.
While social media posts allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the purported attack, local police and village representatives dismissed the reports as rumours after an initial investigation found no evidence of firing.
As per reports, police teams from the Nissing Police Station, Special Task Force (STF) and Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) rushed to the Gondar-Dachar Road area after receiving information about the alleged incident.

However, Nissing Station House Officer Krishan Kumar said no signs of gunfire were found at the spot. He also reportedly added that no formal complaint had been lodged by the family members present at the farmhouse.
Former village sarpanch Joga Singh also denied reports of any shooting incident.
He said the police conducted an inspection at the premises but found nothing suspicious. According to him, family members inside the farmhouse were unaware of any such occurrence until the authorities arrived and called the incident to be a rumour.
In a viral post, allegedly circulated by individuals identified as Tyson Bishnoi, Arzoo Bishnoi and Harry Boxer, claimed responsibility for carrying out the firing using ‘Austria-made’ weapons.
The post described the alleged act as a “third warning” to Dosanjh and his management team and referred to alleged disputes linked to an international tour. It also warned of further consequences if the purported warnings were ignored.
Initial reports claimed that two empty shell casings and bullet marks had been found at the site, though police have not officially confirmed any such recovery.
Officials said all aspects of the matter, including the authenticity of the social media posts and alleged threats, were being examined.
