Banaskantha Murder: Wife Turns Mastermind, Daughters Reveal Role in Husband’s Killing

A shocking revelation has emerged in the case of a man’s brutal murder in Ganeshpura village of Banaskantha’s Tharad taluka. Investigators have found that the mastermind behind the killing was not an outsider but the victim’s own wife. She allegedly conspired with her lover and another accomplice to eliminate her husband. The plot came to light after the couple’s daughters reportedly revealed their mother’s involvement to the police.

Husband allegedly stood in the way of extramarital relationship

According to the investigation, the victim’s wife, Narmadaben alias Nababen, was allegedly involved in a relationship with a man identified as Premjibhai Chaudhary. Police said the victim, Gamabhai, was aware of the affair and had become an obstacle in their relationship.

Investigators allege that Narmadaben, her lover Premji and another man, Mukesh Thakor, conspired to remove Gamabhai from their path and murdered him. Following a complaint lodged by Sureshbhai Thakor, Tharad police registered a case and launched an investigation.

Daughters’ statements help police crack the case

Police said attempts were allegedly made to suppress the matter after the murder. However, the victim’s daughters gave statements to investigators, leading to a breakthrough in the case.

Based on the information provided by the girls, Tharad police launched an operation and arrested all three accused within hours.

Police have arrested Narmadaben, Premji Chaudhary and Mukesh Thakor and sent them to judicial custody. The case has sent shockwaves through the region, and further investigation is underway.
