Vadodara: Former Amreli BJP Office-Bearer Suresh Pansuriya, Son and Brothers Booked in Fresh ₹10 Crore Real Estate Fraud Cases

Two fresh police complaints alleging real estate fraud worth nearly ₹10 crore have been filed in Vadodara against former Amreli District BJP vice-president Suresh Pansuriya, his son and three brothers.

The complaints allege that the accused collected money from investors for shops, flats and multiplex units in projects marketed under the Siddheshwar brand through their firm, SP Infra, including developments along Vadodara’s Harni-Sama Link Road.

One complainant from Godhra has alleged a loss of ₹6.66 crore, while another investor from Lunawada has claimed that ₹3.32 crore remains unpaid. Based on the complaints, Harni police have registered separate cases against five people.

Godhra Woman Alleges ₹6.66 Crore Fraud

Jyotikaben Dilipkumar Patel, a resident of Ratanpur in Godhra, told police that she invested in 2021 in shops, flats and a multiplex unit in three projects: Shree Siddheshwar Paradise, Siddheshwar Pacific and Siddheshwar Prime Plus.

According to her complaint, the projects were promoted by Suresh Pansuriya and his associates through SP Infra.

She alleged that the accused forged her signature and prepared fabricated documents to sell properties she had booked to third parties without her knowledge.

Patel claimed that she is owed ₹6.66 crore by the firm's partners. However, she alleged that neither the money was returned nor the booked properties handed over. She further alleged that the banakhat (agreement to sell) was cancelled unilaterally.

Lunawada Investor Claims ₹3.32 Crore Remains Unpaid

In a separate complaint, Chandrakantbhai Bhulabhai Patel, a resident of Chandupur village in Lunawada, Mahisagar district, alleged that he had invested in properties in Siddheshwar Paradise and Siddheshwar Pacific.

He named Suresh Pansuriya, his son and his brothers in connection with the investment.

According to the complaint, he has neither received the properties nor recovered his investment of ₹3.32 crore.

Harni Police Register Separate Cases

The two complaints together involve alleged financial losses of ₹9.98 crore, or nearly ₹10 crore.

Harni police have registered separate cases based on the allegations and named five individuals, including the former Amreli BJP office-bearer, his son and three brothers. Further investigation is underway.
