A police team subsequently kept watch in the area.
The suspects were intercepted on a footpath near Hassan Shaheed Dargah at around 10.50 pm, police said.
3.41 Grams Of Suspected Mephedrone Recovered
During the search, police allegedly found several small zip-lock packets containing a powder suspected to be mephedrone.
The combined net weight of the suspected drug was recorded at 3.41 grams, with an estimated value of ₹10,230.
Police also recovered:

The total value of the seized property was put at around ₹64,770.
Alleged Supplier Named During Questioning
Police said the two accused allegedly told investigators that they were involved in selling MD in small quantities for financial gain.
They also allegedly identified a person known as Hafiz alias Bhuro, a resident of Ramol, as the person who had supplied the seized consignment.
The alleged supplier has been named as a wanted accused in the case.
