Trains to Udaipur and Kota From Asarwa to Run on Revised Times From October 3, Check Out New Timings

North Western Railway has announced partial changes to the timings of several trains operating on routes connecting Asarwa in Ahmedabad with Himmatnagar, Udaipur, Indore and other destinations. The changes, attributed to technical reasons, will come into effect from October 3 and 4, 2026. Depending on the service and station, trains will arrive or depart between five and 30 minutes earlier or later than their existing schedules.

Asarwa–Kota Express to Depart 10 Minutes Earlier

Train No. 19821, the Asarwa–Kota Express, will follow the revised timetable from October 3. It will depart from Asarwa at 8.45 am instead of 8.55 am.

The train will reach Himmatnagar at 10.23 am, around 22 minutes earlier, and Udaipur City at 3.05 pm, 15 minutes earlier than its existing schedule.

Asarwa–Udaipur Superfast Timings Revised

Train No. 20988, the Asarwa–Udaipur City Superfast Express, will operate under the revised schedule from October 4. It will depart from Asarwa at 6.40 am instead of 6.50 am.

The revised arrival times are:

• Himmatnagar: 8.18 am
• Dungarpur: 9.31 am
• Udaipur City: 12.10 pm

The train is expected to reach stations along the route 10 to 23 minutes earlier, according to the schedule details provided.

Udaipur–Asarwa Superfast to Run Late

Train No. 20987, the Udaipur City–Asarwa Superfast Express, will see revised timings from October 3. It will depart from Udaipur City at 4.20 pm instead of 4.05 pm.

Under the new schedule, it will reach Dungarpur at 6.24 pm, Himmatnagar at 8 pm and Asarwa at 9.45 pm. The train will reach these stations approximately 12 to 18 minutes later than before.

Asarwa–Indore Express to Reach Some Stations Earlier

Train No. 19316, the Asarwa–Indore Express, will have revised timings between Shamlaji Road and Rishabhdev Road from October 3.

It will reach Shamlaji Road at 4.14 pm, 16 minutes earlier, and Dungarpur at 5 pm, 30 minutes earlier than its existing schedule.

Indore–Asarwa Express to Run Late Between Himmatnagar and Naroda

Train No. 19315, the Indore–Asarwa Express, will run 24 to 30 minutes later than its existing schedule between Himmatnagar and Naroda from October 3.

The revised timings include:

• Himmatnagar: 8.45 am, around 25 minutes later
• Nandol Dahegam: 9.43 am, around 24 minutes later
• Asarwa: 10.40 am, no change in arrival time

Despite the delay on the intermediate stretch, the train is scheduled to reach Asarwa at its existing time.

Chittorgarh–Asarwa MEMU to Arrive Earlier

Train No. 69244, the Chittorgarh–Asarwa MEMU, will operate under the revised schedule from October 4. It will reach Mavli at 9.55 am, Udaipur City at 11 am and Jawar at 11.55 am. The train will arrive at these stations around 10 to 30 minutes earlier.

Asarwa–Chittorgarh MEMU to Run Late

Train No. 69243, the Asarwa–Chittorgarh MEMU, will have revised timings from October 3, with delays of around 20 to 32 minutes between Jawar and Umra.

It will reach Jawar at 3.58 pm and Umra at 4.33 pm. The train is scheduled to arrive at Udaipur City at 5.05 pm, around 20 minutes later, while its departure time from the station will remain unchanged.

Timings of Two Other Superfast Trains Changed

The schedules of two other services will also be affected:

• Train No. 20178, Agra Cantt–Asarwa Superfast: It will reach Himmatnagar at 9.20 am, 15 minutes earlier. Its arrival at Asarwa will remain unchanged at 11 am.
• Train No. 20177, Asarwa–Agra Cantt Superfast: It will reach Dungarpur at 5.36 pm, 11 minutes later than its existing schedule.

Passengers travelling on these routes are advised to check the revised timetable before their journey.
